Refund policy
At Open.Tienda, each product is made on demand with care and intention. Because every item is custom-printed for you, we only accept returns in specific cases described below.
Return window
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or report an issue. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To request a return or replacement, please contact us at sales@open.tienda. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can reach us anytime at sales@open.tienda.
Products are fulfilled by our production partners (Printful or Gelato), and replacements follow their quality guidelines.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect color choice. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
