Shipping & Payments Policy – Open.Tienda

Welcome to Open.Tienda. Our goal is to deliver every order with care, transparency, and mindful attention. All our products are print-on-demand — created especially for you by our trusted production partners (Printful and Gelato) and shipped directly from the nearest fulfillment center.

1. Order Processing

Each order is produced after payment confirmation. Production usually takes between 2–5 business days depending on the product type and demand. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

2. Shipping Times & Carriers

Average delivery times (after production):

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 4–7 business days
  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 5–10 business days
  • 🌎 International: 7–15 business days
  • 💛 LATAM: 10–20 business days

Times may vary depending on customs clearance, weather, or regional logistics.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on product type, weight, and destination. Some promotions may offer free shipping when specified on the product page or during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment using that link. If you do not receive tracking information within 7 days of your order, please contact us at sales@open.tienda.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply. Open.Tienda is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses.

6. Customs and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Payments

We accept secure payments through Stripe, PayPal, and Wise. All transactions are processed in USD. Your information is protected through encryption and verified by our payment partners. We do not store credit card data on our servers.

8. Refunds and Exchanges

Please review our Refund Policy for details about returns and replacements. Because our items are made to order, we can only replace defective or damaged products.
